62 Doors was started by a small group of artists in the summer of 2005. The walls consist of doors salvaged from an old barn and also from the top floor of the Artmain building. These walls are where the name “62 Doors Gallery and Studios” originated.
62 Doors has 10 individual studio spaces with 9 renters,a printmaking/art facilities studio, a gallery, a commons area with a kitchen and living room. Studio renters work in a collaborative effort to put together gallery exhibitions with receptions that are open to the public. Typically, we welcome about 75-100 at our opening receptions.
We are located at 11b South Main Street, in Minot North Dakota. Our gallery hours are Thursday-Saturday / 1-6pm. Stop on down – we’d love to meet you!
